INGREDIENTS FOR NUTTY GRANOLA
- Nuts of your choice (I used almonds, pecan and pine nuts)
- Cold pressed virgin coconut oil
- Sunflower seeds
- Flax seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Organic Cacao Nibs
- Dehydrated apricot
- A pinch of celery or rock salt
- Dessicated coconut
- A Spatula
- A Jar to store
Throw in all the ingredients together and toss well.
Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.
Lay the mixture on a tray and bake for 30 mins, turning it once after 15 mins.

p.s. You can use any nuts or oilseeds that catch your fancy. Try to use organic produce and cold pressed oils.
There is no need to add any sugar as the sweetness from apricot serves the purpose.
