Homemade Nutty  Granola which can be made in jiffy and needs no serious pre planning. Stock it up for the week and make afresh again.

  1. Oats
  2. Nuts of your choice (I used almonds, pecan and pine nuts)
  3. Cold pressed virgin coconut oil
  4. Sunflower seeds
  5. Flax seeds
  6. Pumpkin seeds
  7. Organic Cacao Nibs
  8. Prunes
  9. Dehydrated apricot
  10. A pinch of celery or rock salt
  11. Dessicated coconut
  12. A Spatula
  13. A Jar to store

Throw in all the ingredients together and toss well.


Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.

Lay the mixture on a tray and bake for 30 mins, turning it once after 15 mins.

Ideal for Breakfast and as quick on the go snack.

Loaded with Soluble fibre, Natural sugar, Vitamins, Minerals and Medium Chain Triglycerides this recipe is perfect for everyone.

p.s. You can use any nuts or oilseeds that catch your fancy. Try to use organic produce and cold pressed oils.

There is no need to add any sugar as the sweetness from apricot serves the purpose.
